What this SLO covers: The Pulse SLO covers the availability of Pulse-owned infrastructure (Pulse App, Customer Portal, API Gateway, Internal Async). Degradations of third-party integrations are surfaced as separate component statuses on this page and do not count against the Pulse SLO. When a third-party integration is degraded, Pulse continues to accept and queue your data, and retries automatically when the dependency recovers.
